Terms and conditions

1. General provisions
1.1. These rules of the online store (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) are a legally binding document for the Buyer and the Seller (hereinafter referred to as the Seller), which establishes the rights and obligations of the Parties.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement these Rules at any time. The Buyer is informed about changes to the Rules on the online store website.

2. Conclusion of a purchase and sale agreement
2.1. A purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer forms and submits an order for goods in the online store, having previously familiarized himself with these rules.

3. Seller’s rights
3.1. In the event of important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or completely suspend the activities of the online store without notifying the Buyer in advance.
3.2. If the Buyer attempts to harm the operation, stability and security of the online store or violates its obligations, the Seller has the right to limit or suspend the Buyer’s ability to use the online store without warning.

4. Seller’s obligations
4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide access to the services of the online store, the operating conditions of which are established by these Rules.
4.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods purchased by the Buyer by the delivery method chosen by the Buyer, based on the conditions established by these Rules of Purchase and Sale.
4.3. When, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Seller cannot deliver the goods ordered in the online store, the Seller has the right to terminate the Purchase and Sale Agreement after informing the Buyer in advance. The Seller may offer a similar product. If the Buyer refuses, the Seller undertakes to refund the money paid within 3 business days.
4.4. If the Buyer uses the provisions of Clause 5.2 of the Rules. In accordance with the right provided for in clause 4.5, the Seller undertakes to refund the money paid to the Buyer within 5 (five) business days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.
4.5. The Seller may not refund the amount of money paid to the Buyer until the goods are returned to the Seller or until the Buyer provides proof that the goods have been sent to the Seller, whichever occurs first.

5. Buyer’s rights
5.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store in accordance with these Rules.
5.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement concluded in the online store by notifying the Seller in writing no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods.
5.3. The Buyer may exercise the Buyer’s right discussed in clause 5.2 only if the goods have not been damaged or have not substantially changed their appearance, as well as if they have not been used.

6. Buyer’s obligations
6.1. The Buyer must pay for the purchased goods and accept them in accordance with the procedure provided for in these Rules.
6.2. If the Buyer, upon delivery of the goods, refuses to accept the goods without good reason, upon the Seller’s request, the Buyer must cover the costs of returning the goods.
6.3. Upon delivery of the goods to the Buyer, the Buyer must check the condition of the shipment and the goods(s) together with the Seller or the person who delivered the shipment.
6.4. By using the online store, the Buyer confirms that he/she agrees with these purchase and sale rules and must comply with them.

7. Prices of goods
7.1. Prices of goods in the online store are indicated in euros. Prices are indicated with VAT. After confirming the order, the delivery fee, if applicable, is added to the total amount of the goods.

8. Ordering and payment for goods
8.1. The Buyer, having visited the online store, selects the goods he likes, which he places in the shopping cart. After creating the shopping cart, the Buyer enters the personal data necessary for the execution of the order: his name, surname, address to which the goods will be delivered, phone number and additional information that may be important for the delivery of the ordered goods. The Buyer confirms that he has read these rules and confirms the order.
8.3. Payment can be made using Swed, Seb, Luminor, Citadelė, Šiaulių bankas electronic banking services, and Visa / MasterCard payment cards. Payments are possible in euros. Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.

9. Delivery of goods
9.1. When ordering goods, the Buyer must indicate the exact delivery address of the goods.
9.2. The Buyer must accept the goods himself. If the Buyer is unable to accept the goods themselves, but the goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, the Buyer has no right to make claims regarding the goods delivered to the wrong person.
9.3. The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms specified in the product descriptions.
9.4. The characteristics of all goods sold are indicated in the description of each item. The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the color, shape or other parameters of the goods in the online store may not correspond to the actual size, shape and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the monitor used by the Buyer.
9.5. If the Buyer withdraws from the purchase and sale agreement, all amounts paid by the Buyer, including the delivery costs paid by the Buyer, shall be returned to the Buyer.

10. Return of goods
10.1. High-quality goods may be returned within 14 days from the date of their receipt. Defects in sold low-quality goods shall be eliminated, low-quality goods shall be exchanged, and returned in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.2. When returning goods, the following conditions must be observed:
10.2.1. The returned item must be in its original, neat packaging (this clause does not apply to the return of a defective item);
10.2.2. The item must not have been damaged by the Buyer;
10.2.3. The item must be unused and in good condition: the label must be intact, the protective film must not have been torn off, etc. (this clause does not apply to the return of a defective item);
10.2.4. The returned item must be in the same condition as the item received by the Buyer (this clause does not apply to the return of a defective item);
10.2.5. The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the returned item if the terms of return of the item have not been met;
10.2.6. The return of goods is carried out in the manner established by the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods (this clause does not apply in the event that the goods are of poor quality – in such a case, the return of goods is carried out within the statutory warranty period);
10.3. The return and exchange of goods of suitable quality is carried out in accordance with Part 1 of Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code;
10.4. The money paid for the goods accepted by the Buyer but later refused is returned to the Buyer’s account no later than within 5 (five) days from the date of return of the goods to the Seller, unless the Seller and the Buyer agree otherwise.

11. Final Provisions
11.1. These Rules have been drawn up in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.2. These Rules and the relations between the Parties in relation to these Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.3. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.4. The Parties shall be released from the performance of their obligations under these Rules if they cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Parties (Force Majeure).
