Family-business expertise
01 / 08
More than three decades of hands-on experience became the foundation for a new brand.
Conceiling grew out of a family business where ventilation, heating and air-conditioning systems were not theory, but everyday work on real projects.
Designing, installing and commissioning building-services systems developed a practical understanding of airflow, pressure loss, acoustics, structural reliability and the realities of installation.
That experience taught us to assess a product as a complete system: from technical geometry and manufacturing precision to how it looks in a finished interior and how efficiently an installer can work with it.
Our family-owned team brings together product vision, engineering, manufacturing and market insight. This combination enabled us to recognise a problem that had long been accepted as unavoidable.
A good technical solution should not merely perform — it should belong naturally in its surroundings.
A gap in the market
02 / 08
The stretch-ceiling market was growing, but the aesthetics of technical elements had been left behind.
As interiors became increasingly seamless, conventional diffusers, luminaire trims and other surface-mounted elements continued to interrupt the ceiling plane.
We saw a clear gap: stretch ceilings lacked solutions that treated engineering requirements and architectural intent with equal importance. Customers were often forced to choose between function and aesthetics.
This led to the direction for our first product: a frameless air diffuser integrated into the ceiling plane without a visible trim.
The challenge
Technical elements visually dominated the surface and disrupted the clean appearance of the ceiling.
Our principle
The function remains, while the product becomes a natural part of the architectural surface.
Technology does not need to dominate an interior to perform flawlessly.
Product development
03 / 08
We turned an idea into a product that could be manufactured precisely, installed simply and reproduced consistently.
For more than a year, we developed and refined prototypes, balancing aerodynamics, installation logic and a flawless finished surface.
Every detail — the housing geometry, airflow outlet gap, membrane-clamping principle and removable front cover — was evaluated as part of one integrated system.
Prototyping allowed us to refine the structure, reduce installation steps and ensure consistent results across different projects.
Development was guided not only by the visual concept, but also by field experience, measurements and the practical realities of manufacturing.

A prototype becomes a product only when the same high-quality result can be reproduced reliably on every project.
Validated in practice
04 / 08
We tested the solution with the people who specify it, install it and live with it.
Interior designers, stretch-ceiling specialists, ventilation experts and owners of the first trial installations all contributed to the evaluation.
We assessed aesthetics in completed interiors, installation under real site conditions, and airflow behaviour and acoustics through technical calculations and testing.
CFD analysis, trial installations and professional feedback informed the final design refinements. Only once the solution met the needs of every part of the chain did we begin preparing it for market.
This stage established a principle we still follow today: a new product must be supported not only by a strong idea, but by a proven result.

A name and a direction
05 / 08
The Conceiling name came to define more than a product — it defined our direction.
The name combines concealment with the ceiling plane — two principles at the core of our product philosophy.
Combining the English words “concealment” and “ceiling” gave rise to Conceiling. The name expresses a clear promise: technical elements can be integrated precisely, elegantly and without unnecessary visual noise.

CONCEILING
From the outset, we developed the brand not as the name of a single diffuser, but as a platform for concealed, technically sound and mutually compatible interior solutions.
Not an object placed on a surface, but an integral part of the architectural system.
Trusted in Lithuania
06 / 08
Trust in our home market became the clearest proof of product maturity.
Conceiling was adopted not by one narrow niche, but across the entire sales and installation chain — from retail to professional contractors.
In Lithuania, our products are trusted by DIY retail chains, leading ventilation-component distributors and a broad network of stretch-ceiling and ventilation-system installers.
Adoption by such diverse market participants demonstrates that the product creates value throughout the chain: it is easy for customers to understand, straightforward for partners to sell and practical for professionals to install.
Continuous dialogue with installers and retailers helps us improve existing products and identify the most relevant directions for new development.
Retail
DIY retailers and professional building-supply channels.
Specialist distribution
Leading ventilation-component distributors and system suppliers.
Professionals
A network of stretch-ceiling and ventilation-system installers.
When a product is recommended by the people who sell and install it every day, that is the strongest sign of trust.
International growth
07 / 08
A locally developed solution became part of an international partner network.
Today, Conceiling products are sold in nine European markets, while our partner network helps adapt them to different installation practices and customer expectations.
We operate in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, the Netherlands, Romania, Iceland, Germany and Spain. In each market, we work with partners who understand the local construction sector and the needs of professional installers.
Exhibiting at Supernamai, Resta and Estbuild has become an important part of product presentation and direct market dialogue. Feedback gathered at these events helps us quickly identify which solutions are most relevant in different countries.
Supernamai
Conversations with homeowners, installers and building-sector professionals.
Resta
Professional product presentation to Lithuania’s construction industry.
Estbuild
International contacts and partnerships across the Baltic region.

Product ecosystem
08 / 08
From a single diffuser, we are expanding into an integrated system of interior solutions.
Our aim is not to create isolated products, but a coordinated ecosystem of concealed technical and finishing components.
Our range now includes frameless recessed luminaires, an integrated fan solution and mounting platforms for smoke detectors. In parallel, we are developing a slot diffuser and other products related to ceiling engineering.
Looking ahead, we plan to develop solutions for plasterboard construction and a broader range of interior finishing components, moving beyond ceilings alone.
For every new category, we apply the same criteria: refined integration, simple installation, engineering reliability and repeatable manufacturing quality.
