PRIVACY POLICY
1. KEY DEFINITIONS
1.1. The Company or Personal Data Controller – MB Klimato Sprendimai, a private limited liability company established and operating under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, with legal entity code 304842792, registration address Draugystės g. 17-1, Kaunas, registered office address Rudmenos g. 5-3, Kaunas.
1.2. Client or Data Subject – a natural person – a client of the Company (including website visitors) whose personal data is collected by the Company.
1.3. E-shop – the Company’s e-shop at https://conceiling.com/.
1.4. Services – all services provided by the Company.
1.5. Personal data – any information relating to a natural person – Data Subject, whose identity is known or can be determined, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identification number, one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity of that person.
1.6. Processing of personal data – any operation which is performed on personal data: collection, recording, accumulation, storage, classification, grouping, alignment, alteration (supplementation or correction), disclosure by way of example, disclosure by way of example, disclosure by way of example, disclosure by way of example, deletion or any other operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data.

1.10. Privacy Policy – means this document establishing the principles and rules for processing Personal Data when using the services of the Online Store.
1.11. Account – the main data of the Client for logging into the Online Store, which consists of one e-mail address and Password.
1.12. Password – a unique combination of numbers, letters, or numbers and letters or other symbols created by the Client, which, after entering, allows logging into the Online Store.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. The Client grants the Company the right to perform all Personal data processing actions within the scope and for the purposes provided for in this Privacy Policy.
2.2. Personal data are processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on the Legal Protection of Personal Data and other legal acts regulating the processing and protection of Personal data, this Privacy Policy.
2.3. Personal data are processed in the Company in accordance with the principles specified below:
2.3.1. Personal data are collected for specified and legitimate purposes;
2.3..2. Personal data are processed accurately, fairly and lawfully;
2.3..3. Personal data are adequate and only to the extent necessary for their collection and further processing;
2.3..4. Personal data are kept up to date;
2.3..5. Personal data are stored in a form that permits identification of the Data Subject for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected and processed.
2.3..6. All information about Personal Data is confidential;
2.3..7. The Customer’s Personal Data and personal information will not be used for unlawful purposes.
2.4. It is considered that the Customer, when making a purchase in the Online Store, has read the current version of the Privacy Policy and agrees with it. If the Customer does not agree with any part of the Privacy Policy or the Privacy Policy, in such case the Customer must not place an order and not purchase goods in the Online Store.
2.5. The Privacy Policy can be viewed in the Online Store and printed at any time. The Privacy Policy may be changed, supplemented or updated at the discretion of the Company. The new version of the Privacy Policy is published in the Online Store.
2.6. The Customer may place an order in the Online Store without registration, or by registering in the Online Store through his/her Account.
2.7. During the initial registration in the Online Store through the Account, the Customer must provide his/her email address and create a secure Password, and provide accurate Personal Data to the Online Store. The Customer is responsible for their accuracy. After creating an Account, the Customer is provided with an identification code.
2.8. When using the Services, as well as when making purchases in the Online Store, the Customer must always provide accurate Personal Data to the Online Store and is responsible for their accuracy.
2.9. The Client has the right to change and supplement the Personal Data in the Account at any time or contact the online store with a request to delete the Account.
2.10. The Client must not disclose the Password to third parties and keep it safe, otherwise all related responsibility lies with the Client.
3. COLLECTION, USE, CORRECTION AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
3.1. The Company respects the right of each Client to privacy. The Client’s Personal Data (i.e. name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address of the goods/services, age/year of birth, payment data for the goods/services (bank account number, payment method, etc.), purchase history, and also, with the Client’s consent, age, gender, date of birth, place of residence) are collected and processed for the following purposes:
3.1.1. For the purpose of e-commerce. The following Personal Data are processed: name, surname, email address, telephone number, delivery address of the goods/services, age/year of birth, IP address, payment details for the goods/services. The storage period of Personal Data used for the purpose of e-commerce is 5 (five) years from the date of the last connection to the Online Store.
3.1.2. For the purpose of Direct Marketing. The following Personal Data are processed: name, surname, telephone number, email address, address, age, gender, date of birth, place of residence. The storage period of Personal Data used for the purpose of Direct Marketing is 5 (five) years from the date of the last connection to the Online Store.
3.2. The Customer may provide consent to the processing of his Personal Data (name, surname, telephone number, email address, address, age, gender, date of birth, place of residence) for the purpose of Direct Marketing. If, having given consent to the processing of his data for Direct Marketing purposes,
as well as to receive Direct Marketing communications, the Client later no longer wishes to do so and informs the Company thereof, the Company will no longer process his Personal Data for Direct Marketing purposes and will not send the Client any electronic news, except for information related to the Client’s order.
3.3. The Client has the right to withdraw his consent to the Company processing the Client’s Personal Data for Direct Marketing purposes in clause 3.2 at any time by submitting a relevant notification to the Company by e-mail to info@conceiling.com and clearly indicating that he withdraws his
consent to the use of his Personal Data for Direct Marketing purposes and does not wish to receive any Direct Marketing communications.
3.4. The Client also has the opportunity to refuse to exercise his right to object to the processing of the Client’s Personal Data for Direct Marketing purposes by clicking on the relevant link in each e-mail sent.
3.5. The Client, as a Data Subject, has the following rights related to the procedures for processing the Client’s Personal Data:
3.5.1. to receive information from the Company about the processing of the Client’s Personal Data, to familiarize himself with his Personal Data and how they are processed;
3.5.2. to receive information from the Company about the sources from which and what personal data of the Client are collected, for what purpose they are processed, to which recipients the data are provided and have been provided at least over the last 1 (one) year;
3.5.3. to demand correction, destruction of the Client’s Personal Data or suspension, except for storage, of the processing of his Personal Data, when the Personal Data are processed in violation of the provisions of the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other laws.
3.6. When exercising his rights, the Client must provide a passport, personal identity card or driver’s license. The Company provides the Data Subject with information about the processed Personal Data of the Data Subject free of charge once a year. The Client may exercise his/her rights provided for in clause 3.5 by contacting info@conceiling.com by e-mail. The Company has the right to correct, change, delete
Personal data or stop the processing of Personal data only after identifying the identity of the Client who has applied.
3.7. The Client’s Personal data are not provided to third parties, except in the following cases:
3.7.1. When the Client’s consent has been obtained, as specified in this Privacy Policy;
3.7.2. Personal data for the purposes of electronic commerce are provided to Partners who provide the Company with services related to the activities carried out by the Company;
3.7.3. In cases provided for by the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, to competent authorities.
3.7.2. In the online store, payments are processed using the makecommerce.lt platform, which is managed by Maksekeskus AS (Liivalaia 45, Tallinn 10145, Estonia, reg. no.:12268475), therefore your personal information required for payment execution and confirmation will be transferred to Maksekeskus AS.
3.8. The Customer is aware of his right to object to the processing of his Personal Data for Direct Marketing purposes, i.e. the Customer has the right to object immediately or later.
3.9. The Client agrees that his Personal Data will be transferred to Partners when fulfilling the Client’s order placed in the Online Store, as well as when the Company provides Services to the Client, as well as to the Company’s Partners, as specified in clause 3.7.
3.10. If the Client does not agree with the Privacy Policy, the Client will not have the opportunity to use the services of the Online Store.
3.11. The Company implements organizational and technical measures designed to protect Personal Data from accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, as well as from any other unlawful processing.
3.12. The Client agrees that in cases where it is necessary in accordance with the instructions of the competent authorities and/or the Client’s Personal Data has been potentially used in the course of illegal activities, or there are reasonable suspicions of identity theft, due to which the competent law enforcement authorities are conducting a pre-trial investigation, or there are other legitimate grounds or purposes, his Personal Data would be stored on the Company’s servers for a longer period than established in this Privacy Policy.
3.13. Upon receipt of an instruction or inquiry from the Data Subject related to the processing of Personal Data, the Company shall provide the Client with a response, satisfying the request/instruction or with a reasoned refusal to do so, no later than within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of the Data Subject’s request. If the Data Subject so requests, the response must be provided in writing.
3.14. In order for the Company to offer the Client full-fledged services in the Online Store, with the Client’s consent, information called Cookies is recorded on the Client’s computer (device), which is used to identify the Client as a previous user of the Online Store, collect statistics on the Online Store’s traffic, and information about the shopping cart. The Client can at any time review which Cookies are recorded and can delete some or all of the recorded Cookies.

4. OTHER PROVISIONS
4.1. The Company has the right to change, supplement the “Privacy Policy” in whole or in part. Supplements or changes to the Privacy Policy come into effect from the date of their publication.
